Built ins or counter top cooking

Starting on my short bus. I'm deciding on how I should do my cooking. I'm already pretty well set on a wall mounted microwave. As for the rest? Separate cooktop and have the micro also double as a convection oven? 20 inch propane oven range combo? A couple of induction plates and a table top oven (nu wave round one or one of the others they sell on tv). I'm actually thinking of the latter set up because when not in use, you can stash them away and have the counter space, and I will probably be using the microwave or an outside grill most of the time. Any experiences on using one and wishing you used the other?

Do you plan on staying mostly in places with shore power?

If not you may want to give propane for your cooktop and water heater some consideration.

Those are two loads that are generally not practical on batteries /solar. Leaving shore power or generator in order to run your cooktop etc.
