Ah, ok thx. I thought the gray was just an arm and you were OCD in your design. That arm doesn't need to be anywhere near that large to support a bug sprayer unless he's using liquid lead.

I've got a custom cooling system in my FrankeinB (1st gen RX-7 with an RX-8 drive train). Same thing with the air separator.

What about the metal around your pex; just flashing or is it AL sheet/plate?

Have you done anything to try to level load the bus more left to right? You're within 1.5% of front/rear of what you started with. I haven't axle weighed mine much less corner weighed.
The diagram on the left is what it weighed when I bought it. I filled the fuel tanks and weighed it at the truck stop. The figure on the right was done at a bus rally with wheel scales. The difference on the rear axle surprised me since my fresh water tanks are in the center and my gray tanks are the same size and equal on both sides. Basically my gray and black tanks were empty at that weigh. Fresh tanks were full so there is 800 lbs right there. The different things are refrigerator, black tank and computers and printers are on the left. Heavy things on the right are microwave and my toolbox.

Since that weigh I've added my diesel generator to right side in engine compartment and mini split AC. The condensor for rear air is on left. The rest of the AC is centered.

I'm not really concerned about that difference in the rear, heck 6 more kids on the left could make that much difference. I'm well within the axle weight limits.

It's made for that purpose. Using PEX Tubing Heat Transfer Plates under the floor for Radiant Heating

Another one you have a GVWR of 36000 or 38000. My data plate says 33,000. Wonder if there's any difference in suspension and the like.

Since gutting the bus and losing 2k I was curious what I'd be putting back in for weight. Did you keep your interior metal ceiling? There's a little weight there, window frames, and wall skins. Not enough to make up for the additions but another 1,000 lbs I'm guessing. Not that I'm trying to stay under starting weight. I'm not anywhere near my gross either. But it takes fuel to move weight so the less the better.

Box of 100 was less than $100, some things just aren't worth the hassle. Time better spent doing something else.

Oh I figured as much but couldn't pass up the chance to bust your balls about it.

Tho, ... your answer is going to lead to another 37 questions!! How long is a piece and what gauge is it? Is it real metal or just tin-foil??? AL ain't cheap so sounds fishy.

Here's a link to the stuff.
2ft x 4" wide Aluminum Radiant Heat Transfer Plates for 1/2" PEX (100/box) - PexUniverse

So, you're a govment worker? Am I paying you to bust my balls?

Far worse. I'm a contractor on a govie project. That means you're paying me twice as much to bust your balls. I hope you filed your taxes on time.
