Looks perfect for Skokie use. A bit pricey. What the consumption numbers on it? Nothing better than fresh baked warm bread. Mine just came out of the oven.

From the Q&A

//Q: what wattage please?

A: Instruction book with proofer says Model FP-105 is 200 watts and Model FP-205 is 180-220 watts.

A: 200 W per bottom of the proofer.//

You are right!
What it will do is keep a constant temperature of 85 degrees to 190 degrees in the pot setting and 70 degrees to 120 degrees in the heat setting. Mine says 200 watts on the nameplate and it works great. Very accurate. It is mainly used as a proof box but has also seen use to make sourdough starter.
Great appliance folds up flat and slips into a zipper bag .
A bit pricey but have not seen anything else like it. Definetly going in the bus.
