Furnace below the fridge
I'm wondering if there would be any reason why I can't install the furnace below the fridge in my conversion? I'm thinking for running the propane lines this makes more sense but I don't know how close stuff can be to the furnace. Thanks!

I lived for a couple of years in a 5th wheel trailer that had the furnace installed below the fridge.
It worked fine.

Ditto for me in a Dutch Star and also a Pace Arrow. Not sure this is a common installation but it sure has been given what I've owned.

Installation around furnace
One more question, What installation would you use around the furnace to protect everything from the heat it puts off?
Thanks!

I'm not sure, but maybe some high heat paint and whatever spacing the furnace calls for.
