Installing a different heater

So i am new to this and i want to put a different heater in place of the old school bus ones for when i am driving. Any ideas on what to do. Kinda stumped!!! Bluebird TC2000 1999.

I've gotta ask.. Why?

You can remove some of the extra ones easily. The rear one comes to mind. But the front ones that are duct into the defrost and drivers vent are rather important. Do the heaters not work?

Summit Racing stocks heaters you could use.

I suppose I should also answer your question. If you're in Canada then it might be worth checking out Princess Auto. They have a good selection of automotive auxiliary heaters: https://www.princessauto.com/en/b/tr...ting/N-1pcztht
They are essentially smaller versions of what can be found in most buses.

So to answer all. I am keeping the front heater for defrost and all that. The ones a want to change are the one in the middle and one in the back. I dont like the bulk and looks of them, i was thinking of putting a residential type wall rad, or using they coolant in floor heating.

if this is heat for driving... radiant baseboard wont begin to push enough heat (no fans).. jegs and summit racing offer some nice ducted and freeblow hotrod heaters.. when i rebuilt the heat / defrost (and added A/C) in my DEV bus i used a couple of Jegs heaters that had outlets for round ducting which i could hide the unit away (still accessible if the motor goes bad). but have nice vents where i wanted them.
