Oh, I level Millicent somewhat with wood blocks even here at home, for appearance sake! But there is one place we camp every year where we may not be able to get her quite level without bringing an unresonable amount of lumber, so I'm thinking that it wouldn't be all that hard to gimbal the fridge a bit.

Until, that is, I come up with four huge hydraulic cylinders to install on Millicent's frame, like the factory-built RVs have!

And walking and sleeping on a sloping surface is something we wouldn't likely notice much, after a day of Kinetic racing!

But you make a good point.
