I have one just like that in my 5th wheel and have been happy with it.

We have used on journeys up to three months at a time and I have no complaints. However, we have not used the oven a lot. We have baked biscuits, toasted garlic bread and other simple tasks.

Good to know! The guy I found parted out 5 travel trailers so I'm gonna go shopping tomorrow

Just wish I had a better idea of what random parts I might be able to salvage out of them

Edit - is a range hood necessary

I'm picking up the same one next week or next weekend. Found a guy on Craigslist who was updating his RV. He hardly ever used the oven, so he was replacing it with a convection/microwave combo. Lucked out and I'm scoring it for $50 - which is way better than what these things go for, new, or the price of an apartment sized range.

Damn. This one he's asking 250, has others as well for a little less, but this one is basically new.

Yeah, I've seen them going for MUCH more, so I know I got really lucky!

Most of the time I have seen ranges / ovens in RVs there is either a range hood or a microwave / hood combo in place / use... You are going to have CO2 and moisture problems without them...

FWIW, that looks like the range / oven that I am working with my BIL to salvage from his totalled out class C...
