With the price point of these about the same as a repair on the major brands it's simply a replacement thing and keep the old one for spare parts. For that matter, you could but two and keep one for parts.

Yes but if parts are interchangeable with say Espar may be better off using the better quality ones.

Using these for constant heavy duty you'll want to get able to maintain / repair yourself.
