Hi Skoolies!
We're new to the community (and tools!
) and are working on doing demo of our bus, Skoolie Woolie. We appreciate any help you all can give us on our journey! We found out about the forum from Rolling Vistas.
We're looking to remove the driver's heater on a 38 foot '93 Ford B700 / Carpenter skoolie. It's leaking coolant and we want to reclaim the space. We understand that will take out the defroster and are ok with that. Our bus will be mostly stationary as a tiny house.
Is it best to loop the coolant lines in the engine compartment or cap them? Does coolant need to be able to run through those lines still? We've read mixed comments in other threads, depending on the bus, and want to make sure we're doing it correctly for our specific make/model.
Thanks!
