Caught the bus bug
Been living in the same place for almost my entire life and have another year left on my lease. Was contemplating moving to a big city but I've decided I want to explore and travel for at least a year and figure out where I might want to settle down.
I'm very lucky in that I run a fairly successful small business that continues to grow and am working on making myself redundant in the next year so I can just run administrative tasks from the road. I by no means have an unlimited budget for my build but I'm not trying to shoe-string it either.
The past few weeks I've watched countless hours of videos on youtube about the conversion process and I'm fairly confident I'll be able to figure out most things on my own.
I am looking for a pretty specific bus though so if anyone finds a 25' or so pusher in good shape send me a link! Reason for that choice is two-fold. 1) I do have a huge private driveway and concrete pad behind my house but anything bigger than 30' and I won't be able to get it down in there due to access. 2) I'd like to be able to visit some cities and park on the street if possible. I'm a musician so I hope to book some shows and it would be nice to unload right at the door of the venue. Also I just like the aesthetic of a shorter bus. 40' just looks to unwieldy for my taste.
