Finally took the plunge.
I had lived in a bus as a kid in the early 80's and I never thought I'd be doing it again. However with prices of motor homes and campers it's the only logical choice that would meet our desires.
I finally picked up our International Genesis after a few months searching Craigslist and ever other site I knew of to find the engine/tranny combo I wanted. I finally found it in WA. Luckily I have family and friends there that could check it out for me and send pictures. After about three weeks I could finally get away and go pick it up. I posted a few pics for everyone. I have no idea why some are sideways and not sure how to turn them right. They're correct in my album.
I'm looking forward to the 2000 mile checkout ride home and am excited about starting the demo and rebuild. I only have about 8 months to get it done and livable before I have to move it and the family back to the PNW.
This site has been a huge help in pointing me in the right direction. Any info, thoughts or ideas are more than welcome.
