Hello everyone,

I happened across your site while doing a search for shorties and shuttle buses, since I've been suddenly bitten by the need. I don't have one yet but I'm carefully looking.
I'm the one with toys in the family and my husband might actually kill me over this one! (he said he would) You see, I never discuss, whatever I get, it just magically shows up in my driveway

I have a pickup truck for hauling my quad, but with a shuttle bus, I wonder if anyone on this forum has been able to fit a Polaris 400 or 500 quad through the handicap double doors? Possible a slight modification to pull it off?

Yep there are toy haulers on here.
Pretty common with the shuttles. I just prefer the rugged steel school buses.

I mainly need the height due to the dirt off-roads I'll be on, something like this 96 looks high enough... I want short, looks like the paint is pretty decent?

ahhh but the black is the perfect ready made base color for camo. I'd use tans, browns and greens over the black. I'm in the woods allot. The inside seemed decent size too.

Check what MassDOT requires for a conversion if you're going to flip the title. New Jersey, as an example, requires the following interior arrangements-
  • Install a permanent bed or sleep sofa
  • Install a permanent sink or bar sink (Must be in working order)
  • Install a permanent stove or microwave

Of course, every state is different, and YMMV through the bureaucratic red tape

My first bus was 40 feet, second bus was 35 feet, third was 30 feet, last bus is this one. Not sure how long it is but it is built on a medium duty chassis. I'm am guessing 20-22 feet. I fly back to Texas on the eighth to pick her up.
