GOT A BUS! New from TX number 2

I posted not long ago just a short greeting since I was shopping for a bus for my family. Well we found one! A good friend of mine went with me to go check it out and help drive back. It is exactly what I was looking for and cannot wait to start the conversion process!

It's an International with the 7.3l

I'm hoping with this drivetrain we can tow about 5000lbs after the conversion is done.

It has no sort of A/C what's so ever so I think that is going to be one of the first things to try and figure out since TEXAS is HOT. I will need to find a solution for A/C while driving and while stationary, any advice would be appreciated.

I'm not sure about the trans but I believe that is the T444E?
there is an emblem on the Side of the bus that says something along that nature
