Hello all

I'm John from California. I bought a school bus and started the conversion last year. I have 3 years before I retire and wanted to retire in a home that I can turn the key and move it if I don't like my neighbors. (haha) Well the truth is, I want to travel and live off grid and there is no way that I could afford an RV that would be adequate to meet my needs. So far I have stripped it, raised the roof, and have most of the siding done. The vision of seeing the conversion done seems so far away and is a little overwhelming so I try to plan and work on one project at a time. I will try to get over and add to the roof raise thread and talk about what I did and what I have learned. Take care all
