Hello friends!

Good day to all, I have just purchased our project and jumping in with both feet. My family has invested in a 99 Thomas bus and I am going to pick up this weekend. I have been reading and researching for months and am terribly exited / little nervous about our endeavor. We have a place to park/work for the summer and a basement to utilize in inclement weather. I am very happy to have this forum as a reference as we proceed and hope to be able to pass on knowledge after I have gained some.

Much love from Mat, Jovan, Vera, and Roland.

Only question I have for those who read this is about titling. I am in Va and know this can be a pain in the butt. Am I better off to attempt RV title change after conversion of title right off the bat (as bus) and change later? Thanks in advance..

Welcome and good luck.

Be sure to post pics.

Also read as many build threads as you can. That is where the real conversion info is.

Title.

I would say change the title first. Don't spend a lot of money and time and then find out you will have problems later. Good luck and welcome.

In Roanoke. Title cannot be changed to RV until majority of conversion is complete. Wondering weather to even title in my name right away or sit on it till I can make a case for RV title.
