Hello from Arizona!

Hi there! I'm living in AZ and would like to buy a school bus to live in as my permanent home. It will most likely need to be mostly converted as I have none of the skills or knowledge needed to convert and don't even know anything about engines : (

Hoping to learn as much as I can here so I know what to look for, and if I want to customize or upgrade or remodel, I know what I'm doing. The first place I need to start is to come to an understanding of the pros/cons of a diesel vs gas and what other key mechanical things to look for when buying a good bus.

Welcome! --- Most of us started with little to none of the skills needed. Learning and applying them is half the fun!

Read...read...read. Most of what you need is here in the build threads.
