Hello, new '90 International owner

Howdy y'all. I just happened to honestly luck into ownership of a 34 foot 1990 international. It's my full time home also at the moment.

It used to be a fire bus and is lifted with a Lincoln locker in the back. It has a DT360 with a Spicer ES42-5D transmission. Air brakes of some sort, haven't figured that out yet.

I'm brand new to the world of diesel mechanics so I'm probably gunna be posting here a lot lol.

Also"Lincoln locker" in the rear end is when the limited slip mechanism is welded together to provide 100% even power distribution. Though great for off road, I think it could be.dangerous in a school bus at speed and would eat up tires faster too. If this is the case, I would have it replaced with correct parts before hitting the road. Look into it

It's a Detroit locker, my bad. I often confuse words and stuff sometimes and yeah. It's the auto engaging expensive one, not the welded in one.

Cool deal! Welcome aboard. It's neat how you sometimes fall into good things when you're not expecting it.
