I thought this was going to be easy!

So I must've been delusional. I thought I could just buy a used school bus, get some cheap insurance and start driving it. Imagine my surprise when I found out that most insurance don't wanna touch this and that I have to paint my entire bus so that it is not yellow and install certain living systems before I can register it as anything other than a commercial motor vehicle. Well after taking a deep breath, I have decided to commit to joining the Skoolie community. I am a builder, carpenter, electrican, plumber, welder, machinist and mechanic so this is right up my alley.Let the fun begin. -- Matt

Renaissance Man, huh?
You will exercise the entire gamut, converting your Skoolie.
Welcome to the asylum. Bite this tongue depressor, and no, the electroshock therapy doesn't hurt a bit.

and your check book!

However, whenever I see a 'normal" motorhome, I appreciate the decision I made.

But it's still pretty nutso, and time consuming....

For some reason was interpreted as, "delusion."
