I want height without cutting

I'm in search of my first bus. I'm looking for cheap and sound mechanically obviously but also want some height inside without having to raise the roof. Any suggestions?

A transit bus is the way to go...there are a few school bus models with higher ceilings but not many...

I have looked at them but it doesn't seem like there are nearly as many or as cheap. Do you know of a good site?

They are rarer because they get reconditioned and sold...also more likely to have mechanical issues...but they are beast-mode...govdeals.com is one site...idk
