Just bought a school bus on Govdeals

Hi everyone, just bought a 97 international/carpenter short bus with handycap lift in the rear off govdeals .com, DT466e/allison545 and air ride to use mostly has a truck replacement and motorcycle hauler/steel tent.

already own an 82 bluebird wanderlodge so no real conversion is going to happen at first other than removing most of the seats and adding motorcycle tiedown points

hopefully I am going to pick it up next monday

and I just noticed that I misspelled School in the title facepalm

What is the best way to lock the door, hasp and padlock? I see that some have changed out the front door for a house type. How much of a pain is the switch?

I'm keeping the bus door and putting a wall behind the drivers seat with the "front door. I like being able to see out of the door. Some do padlocks, although I wouldn't. Too easy to break into. I'm still thinking about how I want to go about securing everything. Right now I don't have any worries. Its on my friends property. VERY well guarded.
