Long Term Dream, Just Looking For Now

Despite having no mechanical or building experience, my long term goal is to buy and convert a school bus into a livable RV that I can take across the US for an extended vacation. I'm a student in Florida right now and when I get my career going I'm hoping to start putting away money to put towards a good bus and materials.

While this is probably a far off dream, I'm going to enjoy looking at your skoolie and learning useful tips and bookmarking interesting ideas, hopefully gaining some experience before I jump into this adventure all the way!

Where in Fl are you?
We are in central Fl, on the north side of Apopka.
Welcome aboard.

The bus came by and I got on, that's when it all began...

Welcome to the boards. Humble is the first step, you got that one covered. Dig in and learn. Nothing about converting buses is too terribly difficult to learn, just gotta do your homework and use some common sense. Looks like thats what you're doing.
