New bus. Need advice. Need help in Los Angeles area.

Hey guys. I am having an issue with my 2001 bluebirds bus. With cummins engine in front. Flat nose. Allison transmission. Here is the issue.
When I step hard in petal ... something around (outside I think ) engine makes a clatter noice ... the harder I press. More louder. ... makes me think it's something to do with my turbo... been driving around Venice ok. If I don't press hard on gas. It doesn't make that noice. Anybody have any input? Can help me solve this issue ?
Any one got advice? Anyone near Los Angeles that can help me out so I can hit the road again? thank u.

Have you looked to see if your fan is vibrating against the casing?
