New guy from Texas

Been working on my 1996 Bluebird for 3years. Almost finished with the exception of the plumbing
She has a366cid with an Allison545 tranny
The question I have is this. She only goes55 mph@ 4000 rpm. I don't know if there is a governor or if it's geared that low
Any comment would be appreciated
Has a throttle body instead of a carb. Runs off gas or propane

Hey friend. I'm also new here and came to post my own introduction when I noticed you're also in San Antonio. I'm still in the early stages and by that I mean I'm still looking for a bus. Shoot me a message if you ever need a hand with your conversion. I'll be going down that path on my own one day so I'd appreciate the chance to learn what you're doing.

make sure your AT545 is shifting into 4th gear.. if it is then its just geared that low.. 4000 RPM iof I remember right is the maximum input shaft speed that the AT545 can handle.
