New kid on the block

Hello all. My name is Seth, I'm 18, from Texas and I have recently aquired a bus. It's always been some farfetched dream of mine to have a converted school bus, but now that it's reality... I'm not entirely sure of what to do.
I've purchased a 1997 International 3800 T444E. It runs amazingly well, has next to new tires and zero rust.
But now I turn to you, the bus-conversion community. If you have tips and such for the best outcome or just any cool ideas to thrown at me, it's appreciated.

Hey Chris...you are right. And there are a bunch of us just here in the Houston area. Flyboy, M1031A1 and myself have either met or have been planning a get together. Maybe we could all meet up while you are in the neighborhood and share a little Texas hospitality (which usually involves adult beverages).

I am one short block off of IH10 near downtown with plenty of on-street free parking in case you guys decide to have a gathering.

im looking at being in town monday night for sure... staying in cypress just because its real close to the cy-fair where the new bus is..

I may stay tuesday if I decide to get it serviced first.. ive had people tell me the T444E is a wonderful engine but start right away with Clean fresh oil! so ill have to find a truck stop or diesel garage that can change the oil and give the bus a quick look over .

rather than fly im driving a rental car across from florida so I can bring my tools..

so yes id love to set something impromptu and really casual up!.. (as far as drink I dont drink N drive but if its not a crazy $$$ uber ride from muy hotel to where we go i can join in the adult beverage fun!)

new guy are you in houston too? if so what a great way to start out, meet some fellow skoolies...
