new member from Montana

Greetings folks,
My wife and I have become snowbirds since our retirement, leaving the Montana snowstorms for Arizona sunshine, camping out of a trailer. I'm not sure how we got the notion to re-fit a school bus, never heard the term "skoolie" before, but here we are, with a 1988 Bluebird. So far, I have removed all the tell-tale school bus accessories from the outside and the seats from the inside, and off we go. Thanks, y'all for the site. This is gonna be fun.

Welcome from over the border in Sandpoint! When in Troy, it's hard to pass up all those busses sitting nearby at Harlow's. That's where I first started looking.

yeah, we checked out Harlows too, and they have a website with more buses scattered around the country. We got this one from a guy in Addy, WA. Retired from Kettle Falls in 2016.

good trade, Angie. I bet the bus gonna be way more fun.
So it turns out there are more school bus folks in the neighborhood than I would have guessed. I hope to meet all of you in person in some campground someday.
