I first hatched the idea to build a skoolie last December, but I told absolutely nobody in my life what I was up to until after I had already bought a bus. And now, I don't actually remember what prompted me to get into skoolies in the first place and there's nobody that can tell me. I assume it was something I read or a video I watched, but I have no idea what that might have been.
