New to skoolies

hello there guys! Me and my girlfriend got a 96 Ford carpenter school bus. I've got years of construction experience but definitely no experience on rv or converting anything. It's coming along just fine but I'm running into problems and not sure where or how to go from here. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I'll list them in order and hopefully get some answers. Thanks again.

Water pumps! I'm running 1/2 pecks
Plan is. Kitchen sink, bathroom sink, toilet and shower. Don't know what kind of pump to run. 12 volt? 110? Both?

Battery bank with charging system! Thinking about running a continuous duty solenoid and charging said battery bank off the alternator when need be. Looking into solar BUT tottaly lost when it comes to inverters controllers and all that stuff

Hot water. Would like to do tank less to save space but worried about water pressure being an issue. Running pecks and the right pump I'm almost positive I could have the necessary water pressure but again kinda lost.
