Nowhere Fast from FL!

Hello everybody! Long time lookers, first time posters. We're 21 years old and from Sarasota, Florida. And we just got married! My wife's getting her masters to be a nurse practitioner and I'm headed into law school. But, before overnight shifts and 80 hour internships start we're doing a half year national parks tour!

We've named our bus Nowhere Fast. It's a 1995 International, D466e engine, 65k miles and just over 3k hours, alison trans.

Our purchase price was a little over 5k, after a lot of back and forth with the owner. This may seem high for a bus, but our bus has rear air ride, and can drop down very low. Originally meant to be a horse trailer, we're opting to have a ton of storage for our gear! It can fit motorcycles/small car easily. Also has basic shore power running. We'll beef it up, still deciding on power sources.

RV Door, Awning, and covered bottom windows for privacy.

Full length bus pic;) , Planning on doing the bottom half navy blue. If you notice the bus sitting very low now, when we drive it sits like a normal bus.

Here's our before picture of removing the stalls and adding shelving

Closer look of stalls before removing!

Future water tank storage on driver side. We'll run an outdoor shower for quick rinses from the top.

We're currently removing bus plastic flooring, side panels, and the ceiling. We will frame and spray foam insulate. and then probably use the original ceiling back up.
More pictures to come! And, we welcome all and any advice please. I've grown up doing home remodeling and a lot kitchens. Engine work will be left to mechanics besides fluids/filters

Good start! I like the windows, they give it sort of a chopped&lowered look.
