Hello my name is Larry, my wife and I have been dreaming about traveling the US in a schoolie. But I have to sleep with oxygen and a bipap. My question is can i get enough power from a generator and/or solar panels to run all night?

A cpap/bipap can definitely be ran all night from battery. If you include a humidifier, the total draw is greater but still possible. It's all about sizing your battery bank. Many of these devices will run directly off 12VDC so you don't even need to run them via your inverter.

I'm not sure what the oxygen portion of your question means so can't respond to that.

This question has been previously answered, in the positive, as I recollect.
But I can't say, not knowin' what it's power requirements are to get you thru the night.
If you don't know, there's a relatively inexpensive gizmo called Kil-A-Watt that can tell you fairly precisely what energy the CPAP consumes during a session.

A CPAP or BiPAP will not kill the batteries unless they are underpowered. For example my two 1500 CCA on-board batteries wouldn't even know they were hooked up to my BiPAP. I've been on camping trips where a marine deep cycle battery was more than enough power to sleep comfortably through the night. My advice is to add a battery or two if you're unsure to the bank on the bus and not to worry after that.
