Proper posting for my short bus

Hello all, I have a 1987 Chevrolet G30 Handicap short bus with a partial conversion. The electronics work and so does the heater. The handicap hydraulic lift works but needs an attachment of some sort. 101k 3 speed automatic. It was a small school in Colorado called Ridgeway's bus originally.

I'm going to be selling my bus and am looking to post it correctly with all the appropriate information and price it fairly. I thought i would ask for some advice before posting something i don't know that much about. What else, or how else could i do this better? Getting a new belt put on and will also post under the hood and a video if that's an option.

Thank you for any help,
M.

It likely has a gas engine, 5.7 liter with a turbo 400 trans. (3 speed).
Assuming it starts, stops, runs good and shifts through the gears including reverse. Assuming it is still located in Colorado. If not, where is it now?
While most will not care, but the wheelchair lift needs exactly what to function?
The interior has a Spartan look, so assuming a corresponding asking price?
Good luck in your sale...
