What a SWEET bus!!

All the "right" gear in my book and storage bays to boot. I would say that you definitely scored.

We look forward to watching your conversion.

Thanks everyone! We are definitely excited about her. She just kind of appeared. I was doing the Craigslist thing and decided to search outward a little, and there she was in all her glory. I told myself no more than 250 miles away from the house. She was 249. The guy I grabbed her from just purchased it from the school system a day prior so we jumped on the phone and made plans to see her. She was purchased by the same school system new in July '00 according to the title.

I'm not going to lie, first time I walked up to it i definitely thought about committing myself. But once around her and I knew.

Heh, I completely understand about the "committed" part. We've had our bus two weeks today and I still think I need to be committed. Now I'm just committed.... ;) ;)

ha! thats what people told me when I showed up to starbucks the first time in my bright red bus.... "wow who you driving for?" 'its mine!'.. and 'yep i just cruise it around'.. they threatened to commit me then I swear.. lol... now if I show up in my pickup truck they ask 'hey wheres the bus?'.. i think they still think about committing me when read all the little pretty colored letters and symbols on my computer screen..

Exciting! I just got a 40' rear engine, too, two days ago. Watch for my thread when I put pics and specs up (and ask for experience and wisdom)!
