We did it!

The bus has been purchased. We got it home and are excited about starting the conversion. We will be asking for a lot of input, so be prewarned.

I will try to post pics and info later today. Our first step is to remove the seats. Hubby cant wait to start. We have set a completion date for about a year from now but I dont think he will want to move that slow. I think Im to excited to let it take that long as well. My Sunday plans.....Remove a bunch of benches!

Took out most seats Sunday. My arms are sore! didnt realize how many nuts and bolts in a bus

Vast majority of people that have torn the ceiling down have found gross, moldy insulation due to bad sealing of roof flasher and escape hatches.

Most regret not insulating well before the build. Depends on your intended use.
Never said it'd be easy, cheap or fun....
