Lost in Houston !

I have a 99 Amtran and I've been working on for 2 years, Its in Porter area and I live in spring so its about 45min to 1 hour drive each-way. So any way, I saw someone out here in the porter area with their skoolie and I was trying to make contact.

Well Sterlingbilt, we were almost through with our Skoolie when my wife had a stroke three years ago. There are just a couple of minor things that need to be done and paint. It’s been slow but we are picking it up this fall. You are on the other side of Houston from me. I am south of Houston down in Brazoria county.

"It's a little far"...
Says the guy in Spring...

Last time I got directions to somewhere in Spring, they were "keep driving until you think you've gone too far; then keep driving another 20 minutes." LOL!

South

Yeah Albatross, it’s the reason I live south of Houston.

I mean, He's not wrong, though, about Brazoria County. I was born in Freeport, outside Angleton, and still have relatives there, as well as West Columbia and Sweeny. Used to live a couple of miles away from the old Phillips 66 plant. My family used to own the Bar X ranch before it was turned into a housing development no one in that area could reasonably afford.

I prefer to refrain from stating openly on the internet with questionable security or government cooperation.

But I will say that I was fed up with the purple-ish democrat rule in Texas, and particularly the invading commiefornians that kept asking things like, "but how do you homestead in Texas; like, where do you go and ask/tell the government that you're doing that, though"--and them not understanding that in more reasonable places like Texas, you don't ask, you just do, and then if anyone gives you crap about it you tell them the way things are, and if they don't like it and don't leave you shoot them.

So I've moved to a distant land that is still unattractive to leftists and democrats, and the Amish have started moving in recently, which is about all the Diversity and Inclusion that exists out here.
