That is a great looking bus and the price is right. I wouldn't hesitate to convert that one, but I can do a lot of work myself. To make it reliable enough to drive it cross country everything would have to rebuilt, but if you are only making trips a couple hundred miles at a time you could just fix things up as you go. Fixing the rust isn't too hard on vehicles shaped like boxes.

If rust is the main concern, and you could get the owner down some, I'd probably jump on it if I was so inclined.
I'm not familiar w/ flxis, but they've always looked cool to me. I like the front glass on them.
A fun project, that. Good luck, whatever you choose.
