Time and ginger ale? I do know that many folks here in Socorro are sick from something. And it's hitting everyone (including me). It's real nice to be running a fever in this heat.

If it's not a mild case of food poisoning and you really are sick... I have found a double Whiskey Sour or Apricot Sour (made with Apricot Brandy instead of Jack Daniels) works for me. Usually I'm better the next morning. I'm "cheap date"... I have to be sitting in bed when I drink it otherwise I can't make it 3 ft. This works for my daughters too. David doesn't get sick hardly at all... but when he does he is soo irritating! I'm of the "don't talk to me, don't touch me, I need nothing but to lay here and die!" type. BTW, I don't do doctors. So you may not want to follow my advise.

I think the heat is getting to us all! BTW, I hate it when someone deletes posts out. Makes it difficult to follow the the story line. Bear in mind, I don't watch soap operas... just read them on the forums! Sometimes I like reading the next installment of "As The Wheels on the Bus Turn..."
