say unitopia,i got a 1981 international 20 foot shorty with the wayne lifeguard body. got the 345 ci gas hog motor. 4 speed alison tranny. im fixing her up. its pappas play toy. when me and the wife go somewhere we take the 1984 crown super coach. ex skooly. beleive it or not, that 35 foot crown with the 6-71 detroit deisel will run off and leave my shorty. but the shorty is MINE. its my little tank. does yours ride like a tank too ?? the deisel conversion is a good idea. plenty of cornbinders around.

yup, thats shorty. yours has got some kind of side bay doors. mine dont have any.like the woodstove to. better bolt and nail every thing down, those things ride like a tank. (mine does ). over built is a understatement. overkill i would call it. dont make them like that anymore.i got to get to work on mine. not doing anything to fancy, just a good camping rig. waveing a hand from one shorty owner to another.
