Advice please

Ok there is a 1999 I can get maybe. Thomas Bus
DT466E engine with 225,000 miles
MD3060 trans
No rust
35 feet long

What do you guys think? Good setup? High miles? Concerns? How much would you pay?

Appreciate any responses....

There's a dreamy bus on public surplus over in Gypsum CO. I'd buy it in a heartbeat.

Ooooh, that's the one! Ours was an Eagle Co. bus too and it was very well maintained with full documentation. Be prepared to bid against rafting companies, whoever bids on this. The driveline retarder is a pretty sweet thing to have, saves a lot of wear and tear on the brakes.

I won it....did I pay too much?

With fees I won this bus for $5700. Did I pay too much? It has a rebuilt engine too with 50k miles.
