Your not really going to be able to weld aluminum sheeting to your bus. I would think rivets are the way to go, you can buy a pneumatic rivet gun pretty cheap to help you out.

I don't know the name of the stuff but I have heard of an adheasive that many bus and motorhome manfacturers are using to attach siding. I think MCI is using it on their new buses. The benefit is you have smooth sides. I just cannot remember the name. Maybe you could call a bus conversion company and ask if they use it and what the name is. Or a google search might come up with something.

Eastwood company has some epoxy for attaching patch panels to cars it may work for the same thing as for an aluminum supplier try a steel yard the one i have locally sells aluminum also. another thing is to try your local fabrication shops they should know where to get it and may work out a deal with you they get better pricing the more they buy
