Yep. I was out fishing with two buddies last week when we realized that there was a very large mountain lion nearby. Could see his eyes glowing out in the brush about 80 yards out. Anyway my buddy grabs his dessert eagle, the other one grabs my .38. I looked around and picked up a fence post and and stood behind one of them. He turns around and asks why I'm angling the post at his leg. I just smiled.

I couldn't agree with you more about "always carrying" and "always concealed". I don't want the perps to know what I've got until it is far too late for them to back out, and then their ass is mine. However the statement about, "but it's tough to defend yourself from a BG with a gun 20' away" may not be entirely true. Especially if we are talking about the typical gangbanger who turns the gun sideways to look cool (thereby insuring that every shot is thrown to the side by recoil), and never even acquiring a sight picture, but just firing to be firing. I would rather have a gun, but knives, fists, elbows, and feet are all acceptable substitutes in this situation. The important thing to remember is, we are never beaten until WE give up. So, NEVER GIVE UP!

The books Obama has written about himself are very clear as to his true ambitions concerning his Leftist, Marxist views but the average person will not take the time to read them, In the 1920’s while in prison, a young Adolf Hitler wrote “Mein Kampf” (My Struggle) which outlined his entire plan for World Domination and the extermination of the Jewish race. No one read it, and then when they did it was too late…. The “Communist Manifesto” by Karl Marx at one time, was required reading in our schools. That has now been excluded, from bein required why? Our children are being slowly subjecticated, its was Marx that said, "capitalism will not die in a flurry, it will die slowly and scilently." Read this book it is Obama’s “How To” guide with his ideal of the “Redistribution of Wealth”. Somewhere Karl Marx with his Socialist, Utopian vision is laughing in delight.

You can see this everywhere- prime example in years goneby, what were police officers called? "Civil servants, Protectors of the peace, Peace officers" The credo that police used was "protect and serve" What are police called now? "Law enforcement" The credo "respond and enforce" My uncle pointed this out to me, him being a retired NY police officer. He served th people from 1951 until 1979, he has noticed a shift in the focus in police. Free people are protected from the criminal element, subjects are forced to adhere to a governments will criminal or not.

Makes you want to go out and scream this from the street corner- However if you try "Law Enforcment" officers will respond instantly to stop you...bet you dollars to doughnuts they would be on you faster than if you were, beating your wife on the front lawn.

LOL love seeing this myself- especially if they are using any type of semi-auto with slide ejection. Nothing like a redhot brass casing to the face to even the odds. In conjuntcion with they need one hand to keep their pants from falling down, a charge with leg sweep will disarm him quick. As a former combat air controller in the airforce I always have said,"I'd much rather get into a conflict with a guy with a gun, I might accidently cut myself taking his knife away." I always carry a SpecOps tomahawk it's not a weapon it's a tool.

The pyscological impact of seeing a guy walking around with this thing at his side- makes anyone thinking of messing think again- and yes a baddie at 20' I could hit with it.

One thing many of the leftist liberals say is guns kill- I'd love to bring them into an empty room, sit them in a chair, place my glock9 in front of them. Then say to the gun "kill him" walk out of the room for an hour or two.

She carries a Model 92 Beretta, my uncle's carry gun is a big .454 Casull revolver.

Here in Tennessee, we've pretty much declared that everything about the "Federal Government" is invalid. I, my wife, and my daughter all have CC Permits, and I am working on an FFL for myself. Of course, Obama and his minions are trying to make sure that average law abiding citizens have access to neither firearms nor the ammo for them. Doesn't bother me too much, because TN supplied an awful lot of gunpowder to the confederacy during the "War of Northern Aggression", and us "good ole boys" haven't forgotten the recipe. Seriously, the people at GOA (Gun Owners of America) seem to be doing a good job of alerting all their members and email receivers of legislation pertinent to this type of garbage that the "Gubmint" is trying to shove down our throats. But the secret is, "Don't just sit there, DO SOMETHING about it"!!! If we act like sheeple, then we deserve to be the wolves' next meal.

As a liberal, African-Latino-Scottish-TransGender-Muslim-Christian-illegal immigrant. I believe that foriegn aid and welfare for my five fatherless children and myself is a good thing. I don't want guns in the hands of you responsible citizens, as it makes it harder for my kids to make a living. I don't like making my own decisions, so I feel the government should lead us all by the nose, because they know whats best for me. They have done right for my family so far. The bad thing is, I know people like that. I'm a member of several different forums, and this is a topic that pops up on every forum I see. There are a lot of dumbed down sheeple around, But there are also a lot of informed people and more starting to open thier eyes. I just hope it's not to late. What is does take is for people to get off their asses and make their voice heard. We cannot sit by and hope for change. I think the media is a driving force for the dumbing down of America. Watch what you read and see, and question the legitimacy. And everything you read on the internet is true.
