Rear axle gears decisions

Well if my Bird is a slug, I'll add money and make more horsepower. I'm gonna add a turbo, propane and water/alcohol. I still have time. I want to decrease the engine from running at 2900 RPM. Frank

A friend of mine owns a machine shop. When you walk into his business, there is a sign that says, "Horsepower = Dollars! How fast do you want to go?"
