Anyone Else in the Path Of Hermine?

Anyone else in Hermine's path?

We are right in its path here in north Florida.
May be without lights, too bad no solar yet. Or maybe its a blessign in dequise.. No solar, nothing to get blown away.

We have the chickens secured as possible, dogs moved inside and things anchored down in case of winds. Candles and oil lamps ready and some food.

Not too concerned about the storm its the tornados that are really bad.

Yall prepare and take care.

Wife of International.

Yup we just got hit yesterday down here near tampa. Lots of flooding, luckily our bus only showed a little leak we were excited to seal up. Stay safe!

It is pretty neat to sit in the bus during a great storm and watch the neighborhood power go out, all the while the solar bus is powered just fine. Though i often disconnect the inverters during lightning and shut off power strips just in case.

Good luck up there. I like to welcome he storm and ask if it will keep me safe. Storms are quite powerful but also very loving too.

I'm in some horrible weather right now, I'm surprised I have internet.
I'll be out mowing yards in the soggy aftermath/tail end of this at 6:30 tomorrow am.
Hope everyones ok. There are reports of a possible tornado out near my folks' place.

Best wishes to everyone in the path of this thing! I've been lurking around here for about 6 months now and finally got verified so I can jump into conversations. Ironically I have plans to move my bus from where it's been parked in Lake City,FL down to the Palm Beach area on Sunday...too late to get it out of tornado alley so prayers that it's in one piece when I get there.

Still POURING rain and lots of wind here.

That's the radar over my area.

The good news is I get to sit and drink coffee and listen to the rain.
The mowing will have to wait

Hope y'all and your buses have fared well. Got a report from Lake City that it was nasty there last night but my bus is dry and in one piece[emoji1303]

The Jolly Roger is getting it now.
Just got home from work so I will change into dry clothes and boots and go check for leaks. Have been good for awhile but we started out with a slow soaking rain, which I know I am good in but now we have the blowing rain that's not sideways yet, but I will probably go piddle on the bus to see if there is a puddle? Usually not but I keep have ghost leaks at my front and back door that are very minimal and have yet to pin point them so any opportunity I get I can only take advantage of it.
Sorry if that sounded wrong I only treet my bus like that?

We're supposed to be brushed by the storm late this afternoon. I'm going to make sure the tarp's secure, and batten down the front door.

It wasn't so bad here in Riverview.... some minor flooding and debris from trees/etc. Glad everyone sounds like they're okay!

Just getting back to the site. Lots of fallen trees and limbs to get off fence etc..

Otherwise no real bad damage. Glad everyone is ok.
