Beautiful Idaho

It is a very chilly day at 26 degrees. It is very difficult to do any outside work. My shop is not large enough for my bus, and I cannot afford to heat the space.
I need to remove the injection pump from my Crown with a Cummins. The temps are supposed to go lower all week long. Frank in Idaho

Re: Beautiful Idaho

A kerosene heater pointed at you could warm you up a little bit. Or maybe boil some rocks and slip them into your clothes.

Re: Beautiful Idaho

Fill a cotton sock with rice, knot it, and put it into the microwave for 1 minute or so and apply where needed. It will give off a nice warmth for a little bit.

I learned this from my Grandmother who used a Rice-Sock for her arthritic hands on cold days.
