Bread bag trick

Perhaps many people already know about this, but I did not until someone suggested it to me.
Here is a way to keep your bread fresh for at least two weeks, even in a warm bus.

Make a round circle with your thumb and first finger. Grab the bag at the top with that circle. Stick your finger in the top of the bag to make a little opening. Suck the air out of the bag.

I have been doing this for years. It really works.
