There are new emissions laws in California that are keeping many commercial truck owner operators out of the state because they don't meet the new standards. If I remember correctly it is affecting all diesels not using DEF. I would have to do some digging though to find the exact specifications. I believe that the state can shut them down on the spot. I have not heard that this applies to non-commercial vehicles though.

BTW have you seen some of the ratty old things with Cali plates.

AZ has amazing MMJ... Plus none of the other nanny BS. Our property tax last year (in the county) was $135.

Any private vehicle that meets emissions for the year it was sold In the state that it is registered in is legal in CA, as to the MMJ issue, no clue about that

Posts about transporting MMJ will be edited or deleted. Personally, I don't care but the act of transporting is a crime. You will need to do research on this topic elsewhere.

I sent you a pm with the info that was deleted. AZ's MMJ is ok but not great and certainly not the worst.
If you don't want to take medicine with you you can always buy some more medicine while you are there.

Correct, there are different rules for commercial vehicles than private ownership vehicles and this whole thing sounds like someone doesn't understand the difference or else thinks his wanderlodge makes him a trucker.
