Can't find my VIN

We went to the BMV to get our out of state vehicle inspection done, which is required here in Ohio when you buy a vehicle from another state. All they do is match the VIN on your vehicle to the VIN on the title. The problem is we can't find it on the vehicle! It's a 1992 Ward Senator on an International chassis. Any suggestions where it might be?

On my Ward / International the chassis vin plate is on the back of the glovebox door and the Ward body number is on a sticker on the ceiling above the driver seat.

We have looked in all the obviouse places on the body and nothing. Is there a place on the frame where we might find it? AHH, HELP!

Is it on a tab in the windshield like on a normal car?

Nope. I have been told that it should also be on the frame somewhere.

Solved this problem today. We found an old insurance card in the bus, cut out a strip with the make/model/VIN. Nice this paper with a distressed and aged look, with that odd type that doesn't look like it came off a new laser printer. Glued that up under the dash and went back to the BMV . Passed that off as a vin tag and got our inspection done.
