Cool short bus and amusing eye candy
Went to Duquoin IL for the 2010 Hot Rod Power Tour yesterday. got to see alot of cool cars but spotted this bus, thought everyone would enjoy. if you watch near the end of the video (23 sec into it) you will notice the camera jumping, that would be the subtle bump by my GF that I got for filming the eye candy portion!


Edit: found a photo on Hot Rods website now..

I'll be damned...I remamber that bus, because I was on the Tour! (Long Haul Gang, 2007-2008-2009-2010!) It's a 59 Chevy, now riding on a GM delivery truck (I think a P30 or P32) chassis, powered by a 454. He had a photo binder...it showed the before, after, the aftermath of being parked next to a burning conversion van (!), and the re-rebuilding after that.

Did you see "Deucel"? (Orange '32 Ford truck, two milk cans poking through the tonneau cover) I recall he was parked next to that bus in DuQuoin.

The power tour started near me this year but I wasn't able to go see it. However one of my friends sent me this picture of a train bus.

Oh, geez...I remember him, too. IIRC, that's on a motorhome chassis.
