Crown bus stop lite switch
The Crown buses use 2 switches to control the brake lites. One switch is in front under the dash. I think the switch you are looking for is mounted on the quick action valve located near/above the rear axle. To check the switch, it will require getting under bus. As ya may know if bus is running, and park brake is engaged, brake lites will be lited. The brake switch at rear can only be tested with bus wheels blocked, park brake not engaged, and wires on switch jumpered. The wires to the brake switch are both 14gage white wires. I'm gonna wire my front switch to another manual switch so when the bus is running, the rear lites will not annoy others. I could actually disconnect the front switch as my bus does not haul passengers. I installed a switch also to control the low air horn. Frank
