Enterance Door Release

My bus has one of these near the front doors, but I'm not sure how to use it. It kind of looks like a button or a slot for a key. I tried the ignition key, but it doesn't fit and that was the only key I got with the bus purchase. Has anyone ever changed one of these before for a new lock and key set or know where to get replacement keys?

Was just about to ask the same thing. The doors are electric double doors. Will this lock (at least semi securely) or close the front door? Does it work with the ignition off?

It'll work if you have the key.
