They are more for getting exhaust up so you don't annoy every one. I made6my own, it's permanent and goes through the roof.

I use a long run of HVAC ducting when I run my generator OUTSIDE of my garage, to make sure the exhaust moves away from the house.
Running a permanent escape up in a bus seems like another little tip I will borrow.
What did you use for the pipe?

PS. Another local looking for a bus was going to Kerlin last week and took a pile of pictures of "my" bus. He was headed there to look at busses for himself. Looks like that bus or one of its sisters will be mine very shortly.
