Yep. It's sometimes informally called "The Tail Wagging The Dog". You don't *EVER* want to have this happen to you.
Sure, there are numerous products designed to control sway, but proper weight distribution is the best measure.

Happened to me once. Now I always make sure I have decent amount of tongue weight.. My brother swears that more tongue weight is always better but then the front end of the tow rig is pointing at the sky. need to find the proper distribution.

And everyone of them is but a bandaid to avoid solving the problem with proper loading of trailer to obtain sufficient tongue weight.
